The VELUX New Generation EKP 2021M Pro+ Combination Flashing with a 100mm gap for Plain Tiles up to 14mm thick.
The VELUX Pro+ flashing kit is specifically engineered to ensure flawless installation of two roof windows to be installed side-by-side with a gap of 100mm between both windows, gaining maximum daylight.
This Pro+ flashing kit boasts an adaptable middle gutter, adjustable to widths ranging from 100m to 160mm. This feature guarantees a precise fit to the actual rafter dimensions, offering reassurance in instances where exact measurements are challenging to obtain.
Moreover, the kit is equipped with a user-friendly underfelt collar, complete with an integrated drainage gutter. The underfelt collar establishes a secure seal between the roof window, battens, and roofing underfelt. Meanwhile, the drainage gutter enhances safety by efficiently diverting any water that penetrates the roofing underfelt away from the top of the roof window.
Additionally, the set includes an insulation frame designed to fill the gap between the roof window and the roof construction. This not only minimizes heat loss but also eradicates cold bridges, ensuring optimal thermal insulation.
