Description:
Elevate RubberCover QuickSeam™ Flashing is a flexible, self-adhesive EPDM flashing material designed to create reliable, watertight seals around detailed areas of EPDM roofing systems. Manufactured from uncured EPDM with a factory-applied QuickSeam™ adhesive backing, it provides a fast and effective solution for sealing complex roof details where standard membranes cannot easily be applied.
The highly flexible material stretches and moulds easily to irregular shapes, making it ideal for flashing pipes, corners, roof penetrations, and other intricate roofing details. When used together with Elevate QuickPrime™ Plus Primer, QuickSeam™ Flashing forms a strong, long-lasting bond that ensures excellent waterproofing performance and seam integrity.
QuickSeam™ Flashing simplifies installation by eliminating the need for separate adhesives while delivering durable, weather-resistant protection. Its ability to accommodate building movement and temperature changes ensures reliable performance over the lifetime of the EPDM roofing system.
