This thermal collar is activated by simply pulling the release tabs for a fast insulation solution, solving the issue of the gap around the window eliminating the risk of condensation as well as improving thermal performance and psi values.  Unlike other roof windows, Keylite's award winning thermal collar is integrated into every window. Once activated it expands, filling the gap between the window frame and the roof, providing effective protection against cold bridging.
