The SERTUS™ Residential Flat Roof Access Hatch (RAH-R) provides a safe, practical and thermally efficient solution for gaining regular access to flat roof areas in residential and mixed-use buildings. Designed with ease of use, durability and thermal performance in mind, it is ideal for properties where roof access is required for inspection, maintenance, servicing or access to rooftop equipment.
Suitable for both new-build and refurbishment projects, the RAH-R offers a clean and permanent alternative to relying on external ladders or temporary access equipment. Its compact design allows it to be incorporated neatly into a wide range of flat roof constructions, making it particularly useful for houses, apartments, extensions, plant areas and other residential developments where safe roof access needs to be maintained.
The hatch is supplied as a fully assembled, installation-ready unit, helping to reduce installation time on site.
