Description:

ULTRAFLEX is a high performance liquid membrane system for waterproofing new and existing: Flat roofs, Balconies, Terraces, Walkways and Gutters.

For high-performance liquid waterproofing systems. UltraFlex is a highly elastomeric, safety and quality certified waterproofing solvent-based PU liquid membrane that can be installed in a single layer with excellent adhesion to all types of surfaces.

Ready to use straight out of the tin. Excellent adhesion to different substrates: OSB board, plywood, existing GRP roofs, bitumen membranes, asphalt, metals, brick, concrete, wood etc.

Ultraflex can be used straight out of the tin without catalysators, so no mixing mistakes or wastage on site.

For accelerated fast drying time Ultraflex can be used with Quickcure Accelerator.

For upstands & Verticle surfaces UltraFlex can be used with Tixal Thickener.

Ultraflex does not require primer in the majority of substrates and it is BBA and ETE certified for a lifespan in excess of 25 years.
