Description:
Cladco metal purlin sleves are manufactured from 1.8mm thick Z39 structural grade galvanised steel. For a more sturdy and secure Z purlin installation, Cladco sleeve connectors can be used to support joins within the purlin system.
The strong galvanised steel of the purlin connectors provides maximum strength to your roofing or cladding purlin structure, as well as needing no ongoing maintenance. With high resistance to rust and corrosion, the structure of your project will remain tip top for years to come.
It is important to note that these sleeves are only compatible with our Z purlins, and not our C purlins. It is recommended to use one purlin connector for every two purlins used.
When handling the sleeves, we recommend wearing safety gloves to avoid injury due to sharp steel edges. Use pallets to keep the sleeves elevated off the floor when storing where possible to avoid unnecessary moisture damage. Cover where possible to keep the metal dry prior to installation.
