Description:

Create a stronger, quieter and longer-lasting floor with the NoMorePly® 18mm TG4 Fibre Cement Floorboard. Engineered as a premium alternative to traditional chipboard and timber flooring, this high-density fibre cement floorboard provides a rigid, load-bearing substrate that can be fixed directly to timber or steel joists, creating the perfect base for tiles, engineered wood, vinyl, laminate and other floor finishes. It is designed to meet BS EN 12467 requirements for fibre cement flat sheets.

Unlike timber floorboards that can swell, warp or develop squeaks over time, NoMorePly maintains its dimensional stability even in demanding environments. Its moisture-resistant fibre cement construction won't rot or deteriorate when exposed to humidity, making it ideal for bathrooms, kitchens, wet rooms, utility rooms, commercial projects and new-build developments.

The innovative TG4 (Tongue & Groove on all four sides) profile allows every board to interlock securely, creating an exceptionally strong floor while reducing movement between boards. Because all four edges interlock, board joints do not always need to land directly over joists, helping reduce waste, speed up installation and provide a more stable finished floor.

Designed specifically for modern construction, the board offers excellent thermal conductivity, making it an outstanding choice for both wet and electric underfloor heating systems. It absorbs and releases heat efficiently without expanding or shrinking, improving heat transfer while eliminating the squeaks commonly associated with timber flooring.

With an A1 non-combustible fire classification, NoMorePly also provides superior fire performance compared to traditional timber flooring, making it suitable for both residential and commercial applications where enhanced fire safety is required. Each board measures 1200mm x 600mm, covering 0.72m² and weighing approximately 18.8kg, making it a practical one-person lift on site while remaining incredibly robust once installed.
