At just 6mm thick, NoMorePly delivers rigidity comparable to much thicker plywood, helping minimise floor height build-up and reducing the step between adjoining floor finishes. The board is factory pre-primed on one face, saving valuable installation time while providing an ideal surface for tile adhesives.
Manufactured from durable fibre cement, NoMorePly is water resistant, meaning it won't swell, soften or deteriorate when exposed to moisture like traditional plywood. Its mould resistance and dimensional stability make it an excellent choice for bathrooms, wet rooms, kitchens, utility rooms and other moisture-prone environments. Suitable for both internal and external applications, it provides a dependable substrate wherever a robust tiled finish is required.
NoMorePly boards are lightweight enough to handle easily on site while remaining incredibly strong and durable. They can be cut using standard power tools fitted with the appropriate blade and fixed quickly using the recommended NoMorePly screws and adhesive system. Once installed, they create a stable, reliable substrate that improves the longevity of tiled floors and walls by helping to prevent failures caused by substrate movement.
