Description:

Dripstop is a proven, economical way of stopping the underside of a metal roof dripping with condensation on uninsulated panels, by trapping and releasing water droplets back into the air. Dripstop membrane turns steel sheeting into anti-condensation roof sheets and is designed to reduce dripping, or running condensate, by creating a vapour barrier on metal roofing panels in buildings with moderate to high levels of humidity.

Do I need Dripstop Anti-condensation?

Dripstop creates a medium for trapping moisture in specially designed pockets formed in the felt membrane. As moisture condenses in high temperature and humidity conditions, Dripstop controls how cyclical condensate forms onto the underside of steel roofing. It does not prevent condensation from forming and, when working correctly, feels damp to the touch.

To help Dripstop work effectively, it is recommended to have a pitched roof of 10 degrees or more. Any lower than this and the shallow angle will cause the water droplets to drip down off the sheet without effectively evaporating back into the environment.

Cladco 0.7mm thick single skin box profile PVC sheets provide robust strength and work well in both a domestic and a commercial environment. Incorporating 6 x 200mm pitched profiles across the width of the sheet and 32mm profile height. Available in a range of colours to suit your project.

Cladco PVC Plastisol coated roofing sheets can be used for a range of profiles. Profile roofing sheets can be used as a single skin sheeting or over clad of an existing roof or as part of a built-up insulated system.

Lighter with a lower profile and attractive appearance. Cladco Profile 32/1000 trapezoidal, sometimes referred to as box profile single skin sheet gives robust sheet strength with 6 profiles of 200mm pitch across the sheet width and 32mm profile height. It’s made from coated steel strip and gives 1000mm actual width cover when lapped

The PVC Plastisol Coated Roof Sheet are a highly economical and robust profile. They come in a range of different colours to suit every aesthetic and can be manufactured to your specific length requirements. Lightweight and easy to fit, your installation process will be short and simple, and you can rest assured that they have been independently tested in line with current CE EN 14782.

Galvanised is the ideal material for Cladco Profiles Roofing Sheets, thanks to the excellent resistant properties against wind, heat, rain and snow, as well as rust, staining and corrosion. Galvanised Steel should not rust or corrode thanks to its reactive protective elements, guarding itself against natural breakdown by forming a passive corrosion product layer.
