Description:

THRAKON DESMOFLEX® Premium Polyurethane Waterproofing Membrane is a high-performance, one-component polyurethane-based waterproofing membrane designed for long-term protection against water penetration. The cured coating forms a seamless, glossy membrane with excellent adhesion and durability, making it ideal for demanding waterproofing applications.

Formulated with pure elastomeric hydrophobic polyurethane resins, DESMOFLEX® delivers outstanding mechanical, chemical, thermal, UV, and weather resistance. Its advanced polyurethane technology provides reliable waterproofing performance even in challenging conditions where conventional systems often fail, including surfaces exposed to stagnant water, frost, and ice.

The membrane cures by reacting with ambient humidity and substrate moisture, creating a highly elastic and durable waterproof layer that maintains its performance over time.

DESMOFLEX® is suitable for the waterproofing and protection of concrete and cementitious surfaces, roofs, balconies, terraces, and other exposed structures. The product complies with EN 1504-2:2004 standards for the protection and repair of concrete structures.
