Description:

Sealoflex Ultima EP1 Primer is a single component, water-based, low viscosity primer. It is a component of the Sealoflex Ultima System.

To promote adhesion of Sealoflex Ultima Waterproof Coating onto PVC membranes, treated and untreated wood, and fibreglass materials.

Before applying Sealoflex Ultima EP1 Primer ensure that the surface is clean, dry and sound. The surface temperature must be above 5° C and 3° C above the dew point. (Refer to the Dew Point Calculation Table in the Sealoflex Ultima Installation Manual). Do not apply if rain is imminent
