Description:
Imperial Coalport Handmade Clay Eave tile. Clay Eave Tiles are used with plain tiles as an under course or over course at the eaves or top edge.
Available in all Imperial Coalport Plain Tile Colours. A Clay Eave Tile is a specially designed, shorter roof tile used along the bottom edge (eaves) of a roof when installing traditional plain clay tiles.
Eave tiles form the first course of tiling, providing a neat, secure and weatherproof finish where the roof meets the guttering. Their reduced length allows them to sit beneath the first full course of plain tiles, maintaining the correct double-lap arrangement and helping prevent water penetration.
Manufactured to complement standard plain clay roof tiles, eave tiles ensure a consistent appearance across the roof while providing essential protection against wind-driven rain and the elements

Manufactured to meet BS EN 1304 standards, they provide a dependable roofing solution without compromising on appearance.
The rich, earthy tones and naturally varied finishes of Coalport Handcrafted Clay Roof Tiles allow them to complement traditional brickwork, natural stone, timber and other heritage building materials.
