TRC Techno Fleece Backed EPDM is a premium 2.6mm roofing membrane engineered for superior strength, longevity, and ease of installation. Manufactured using TRC’s advanced vulcanisation process, this high-performance system combines a robust 1.2mm Techno EPDM membrane with a durable 300g/m² polypropylene fleece backing delivering exceptional resistance to tearing, punctures, and membrane shrinkage while maintaining outstanding flexibility.
TRC Techno Fleece Backed EPDM Roll comes with a pre applied Self Adhesive Edge Tape. The seamtape is bonded to the EPDM Fleeceback membrane in a factory controlled setting, enhancing seaming productivity by over 50 percent. It improves reliability and consistency of the seams.
Unlike standard fleece-backed membranes that rely solely on adhesives, TRC chemically vulcanises the EPDM to the polypropylene fleece. This creates a powerful, heat-resistant bond that is significantly stronger than glued alternatives, dramatically reducing the risk of delamination over time.
Designed to withstand harsh weather conditions and demanding installations, TRC Fleece Backed EPDM offers a life expectancy of up to 50 years and is backed by a 25-year manufacturer’s warranty for complete peace of mind.
