Cladco 34/1000 trapezoidal box profile sheets are the most popular and strongest profile roofing sheets on the UK market. Each single skin profile sheet features 7 strong 166mm profiles across its width. With a profile height of 34mm and coverage of 1,000mm when installed, these box roofing sheets give you a simple yet strong way to cover your roof.
Box profile roofing sheets are formed from 1250mm wide galvanised steel strips which will give a secure weatherproof lap from profile sheet to profile sheet. Sheets are coated with PVC Plastisol and available in 0.5 or 0.7 mm thickness. Plastisol sheets provide a hard-wearing, low maintenance finish.
Most commonly seen on industrial, agricultural and commercial buildings, box profile sheets can be used for domestic buildings where required. Available as a single skin profile sheet, it can be used to build up an insulated system, to over clad an existing roof or on its own to provide a solid weatherproof covering on any building. Suitable for roof application of 4 degrees or higher.
