Cladco Profiles 3m 200 x 200mm barge board corner flashings are available with a galvanised finish. Barge flashings, sometimes known as verges, are used at the end of a run of sheets to neaten up and seal off the very edge of the roof. They are a vital component to all profiled roof construction projects, weather-proofing and adding to the appearance of the roof.
Secure the roof barge boards by stitching them using st22 stitching screws to the roofing sheet below. You will need to allow an overlap of a minimum of 10cm when fitting roof barge boards end on end.
Manufactured in 3m lengths and then refolded to a 90-degree internal angle, the corner barge board flashings will flex 10 – 15 degrees either way, dependent on your needs. Our folded steel flashings come with a safety welt to increase the strength of the material. Used at the end of a run of sheets to trim and seal off the edge of the roof, at Cladco Profiles we aim to accommodate wherever possible. Simply give us the dimensions or drawing of the trim you need to be folded and we will do our best to accommodate you.
