Restec Flexitec 2020 High Temperature Resin Inhibitor is a specialist additive designed to extend the working time of Flexitec 2020 Resin during warm weather applications. Ideal for use in summer conditions or when roof surface temperatures are elevated, it helps installers maintain a consistent application without the resin curing too quickly.
By increasing the resin's pot life, the inhibitor provides additional time for laying reinforcement matting, detailing complex areas and achieving a smooth, professional finish. It is added directly to Flexitec 2020 Resin before the powder hardener and is intended solely for use with the Flexitec 2020 roofing system. It is not a replacement for the powder hardener, which must still be added at the recommended rate before application.

Application Guide:
- Add 1 inhibitor pot per 10kg of Flexitec 2020 Resin (or 2 pots per 20kg).
- Thoroughly mix the inhibitor into the resin before adding the Flexitec Powder Hardener.
- Continue to add the powder hardener at the recommended dosage (minimum 2%).
- Store resin in a cool location where possible before use to maximise working time.
- Approximately 15–20 minutes of additional pot life when resin temperatures are between 15°C and 25°C.
- Approximately 8–10 minutes of additional pot life when temperatures exceed 25°C.
Please Note: This product is an additive only and must never be used as a substitute for Flexitec Powder Hardener. Always follow the latest Restec application instructions for best results
