Elastoform Uncured EPDM Form Flash Tape 225mm is a highly flexible, self-vulcanising flashing tape designed for sealing and waterproofing complex roof details where standard EPDM membranes cannot easily conform. Manufactured from uncured EPDM rubber, the tape remains exceptionally pliable, allowing it to stretch and mould around irregular shapes, corners, pipes, outlets and difficult roof penetrations.
Ideal for use with EPDM roofing systems, this premium flashing tape provides a durable, weatherproof seal that resists UV exposure, ozone and extreme temperatures, ensuring long-lasting performance in demanding environments.
Form Flash designed to form internal / external corners / awkward features / pipes / penetrations / drain outlets and any other feature where the ability to stretch and form the material is required. 225mm uncured flashing can also be used to create an inexpensive pipe boot.
The EPDM surfaces to receive the flashing must be dry, clean and free from dust and dirt. Wherever un-cured flashing tapes are to be used the surface must be primed with ClassicBond Rubber Primer and allowed to dry (touch dry), smooth side down.
