ClassicBond® Rubber Roof EPDM (1.5mm Thick) is a premium-grade EPDM roofing membrane, offering enhanced durability and superior puncture resistance for demanding flat roofing applications. Supplied cut to your exact dimensions, this heavy-duty membrane reduces installation time, minimises waste, and creates a cleaner, more professional finish with fewer seams.

At 1.5mm thick, this robust EPDM membrane provides additional strength and resilience compared to standard membranes, making it an excellent choice for roofs that experience higher foot traffic or require extra protection. Manufactured from high-performance synthetic rubber, ClassicBond® EPDM delivers outstanding resistance to UV radiation, ozone, ponding water, and extreme weather conditions.

The rubber roof EPDM membrane is sold by the running metre cut from large sheets starting at 1.03m in width and increasing in 0.5m increments up to 30.5 metres in length by 15.25 metres in width - that means no joins are required as long as the roof does not exceed these measurements.

The ClassicBond roof system is designed to be cost effective and far easier to install than traditional DIY flat roof systems, saving you time and money. For most applications the membrane is cut to the size of your roof and supplied as a single piece, finished with the correct drip, kerb edge and wall up-stand trims.
