Regular cleaning with Xylene prevents cured product build-up on mixers, trowels, and application tools, ensuring smooth, consistent performance across every project.

In resin and polyurethane-based applications, even small traces of partially cured material can compromise the quality and appearance of future mixes. Xylene effectively breaks down polyurethane resins, making it ideal for cleaning forced-action mixers and hand tools after each use. This helps maintain mix consistency and ensures flawless application whether working on detailed roof structures or applying PU mastic to varied substrates.
