Description:

OWL Waterproofing’s Lava 20 EPDM & TPO Polyurethane Primer is a clear, single component, solvent based bonding agent designed to activate TPO and EPDM surfaces, ensuring strong adhesion for subsequent coatings. 

OWL Waterproofing’s Lava 20 EPDM & TPO Primer is easy to apply and provides outstanding adhesion to TPO, PP and EPM substrates. UV Resistant and fast curing. 

Surface Preparation:

1. Ensure the surface is clean, structurally sound, and free from contaminants that hinder adhesion.
2. Eliminate old coatings, grease, oils, organic materials, and dust. Moisture content must be below 5%. Remove all loose debris and sanding dust. Avoid using water for cleaning.

  Priming (Surface Activation):

1. Apply in 5°C–35°C with 50%–70% humidity. Low temperatures or humidity slow curing.
2. Use a clean cloth soaked with Lava 20 EPDM & TPO Primer to wipe the surface, frequently changing clothes. Ensure complete coverage.
3. After 2–3 hours, apply Lava 20 Liquid Rubber Waterproofing Membrane.
