Sold per linear metre - Please enter quantity required in linear meters (for example, to order a 4 meter length enter 4 in the quantity field). This 6 inch Cover Tape is used as a cover strip when joining two pieces of membrane where there is no overlap and a 3" splice tape can not be used.
ClassicBond® Cover Tape – 150mm is a high-performance EPDM seam tape designed to provide a durable, watertight seal when joining EPDM membranes and detailing roofing installations. Manufactured from premium synthetic rubber with an aggressive adhesive backing, this tape delivers exceptional long-term adhesion and weather resistance in all climates.
Ideal for sealing overlaps, cover strips, repairs, and flashing details, the 150mm width offers excellent coverage and flexibility, making it suitable for both new installations and maintenance work.
The EPDM surfaces to receive the tape must be dry, clean and free from dust and dirt. Wherever flashing strips are to be adhered to any other EPDM rubber the surface must be primed with ClassicBond Rubber Primer and allowed to dry (Touch dry)
